Comprehensive Privacy Notice for Ationum Clients
Pursuant to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, the Privacy Notice Guidelines, and other applicable provisions (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Law"), this Privacy Notice is issued in the following terms:
1. Identity and address of the Controller.​

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, Ationum Brand Investments (hereinafter the "Controller" or "Ationum", without distinction), with registered address at Av. Vallarta 6501, Local I-13, Int. B1, Ciudad Granja, Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, C.P. 45010, is the controller, under the terms of the Law, for the collection, disclosure, storage, and/or use, including access, management, utilization, and transfer or disposition ("Processing") of your personal data collected and, in general, for all personal data collected through the website www.ationum.com from customers and users (the "Owners").

2. Personal data that will be subject to processing.

In accordance with point 1, we inform you that Ationum will collect your personal data, directly or indirectly, when you make a purchase and provide your personal data for the purposes of providing the service offered by Ationum, through its website (www.ationum.com), by telephone, through third parties or any means of personal communication (WhatsApp) or electronic (email).

Your following Personal Data is processed by Ationum through the aforementioned means:

2. Contact Data; and
3. Your mobile phone information.

This data will be processed in accordance with section 3 below to assess your likelihood of receiving the service as described on the website (www.ationum.com) and to ensure that the data and accounts correspond to the same person.

We do not collect data from minors through the website, nor do we collect sensitive data.
For the purposes of providing third-party data, whether for the purchase of products or services offered by business partners or for any other reason, it will be your sole responsibility to notify them of the transfer of their personal data to the Controller. In such cases, Ationum will process such information based on the provisions of the Law and this Privacy Notice. Likewise, in its capacity as Controller and in compliance with the provisions of the Law, it will make this Privacy Notice available to such third parties upon first contact.
It is important for you to know that your Personal Data is only collected through the website (www.ationum.com). Therefore, if you provide your Personal Data to any third party, agent, or person posing as a representative or seller of Ationum, they will not be under Ationum's responsibility. Therefore, you, as the data subject, will be solely responsible for the information you share and how it is treated in such cases.
We also inform you that we will process your Personal Data without obtaining your prior consent for a maximum period of 3 months after obtaining it.
3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing.
a) Purposes that are primary and necessary for the provision of the service.
1. Identification of the applicant or client.
2. Completion of a basic file for the applicant or client.
3. Compliance with tax or commercial obligations.
4. Clarification of customer doubts, complaints, and/or inquiries.
5. Maintaining the security of information and operations.
6. Protection against identity theft.
b) Secondary purposes.
1. Marketing, advertising, promotional, and/or commercial prospecting purposes.
2. Providing coupons, benefits, offers, and/or discounts to customers and prospects.
3. Use of images and testimonials from customers and/or prospects in advertising campaigns related to the service offered.
4. Improving customer and/or prospect service.
If you do not wish your Personal Data to be used for the Secondary Purposes described above, please fill and send the contact form at www.ationum.com/contact describing your issue in the comments field.
You may revoke your consent at any time, and it will apply from the moment we receive your email. Such revocation will not be grounds for denying service.
4. Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Data.
You may limit the processing of your Personal Data in the following ways:
I. Use, by sending an email with the instructions in section 3;
II. Disclosure based on the information in section 7 under point III.
III. By sending us an email to efranaefectivo@gmail.com to exercise your ARCO rights in accordance with section 6 (write); or IV. In the case of your personal data collected through cookies.

I. Directly from you, including when you create an account, visit or use Ationum services, communicate with us, or provide personal information by any other means.
II. Automatically through our services, including information from your device when you use the services or visit our website, as well as through the use of cookies and other similar technologies. Cookies are small text files that websites save in your browser to remember information about your visits, such as preferences or login information. There are first-party cookies, created by the site you visit, and third-party cookies, created by other sites than the site you visit uses.
III. From our service providers, including those we hire to enable certain technologies or when collecting or processing personal information on our behalf.

6. Mechanisms, means, and procedures to exercise your ARCO rights:
a) Form to request ARCO rights, which you can fill out at the following link: www.ationum.com/arcorights
We will notify you of a decision regarding your request within a period of no more than fifteen days; if appropriate, it will be effective within the next fifteen business days following the date we communicate our response.
If the information you submitted is erroneous or incomplete, or is not accompanied by the necessary documents to corroborate your identity or corresponding legal representation, or any other documents necessary to exercise your rights, we will request the missing information from you within five business days of receiving your request. You will have ten business days from the day you received our notification to provide us with the missing information. If you do not respond within this period, your application will be considered as not submitted.

The exercise of your ARCO rights may be restricted for reasons of national security, public order, public health and safety, or to protect the rights of third parties, in the cases and to the extent provided for in applicable legislation, or by resolution of the competent authority. We inform you that we are not obligated to erase your personal data in any of the cases listed in Article 26 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

The reasons why the exercise of ARCO rights will not be admissible and, therefore, the data controller may deny them are:

I. When the data subject or legal representative is not duly accredited to do so;
II. When the personal data is not in the possession of the data controller;
III. When the rights of a third party are violated;
IV. When there is a legal impediment, or a resolution from a competent authority, that restricts access to personal data or prevents its rectification, erasure, or objection, and
V. When the rectification, erasure, or objection has been previously made.

The exercise of your ARCO rights is completely free of charge, and you will not be charged for requesting it.

7. Transfer of Personal Data:
We may transfer your data to third parties, companies that offer their services for the processing of information necessary to provide our services, such as:
I. Administrative, judicial, or governmental authorities; by court or administrative order or when required by law.
It is important for you to know that these data transfers cannot be limited or canceled.
II. Commercial affiliates for advertising purposes. By using our website and requesting our services, you agree that we may share the information in this section. However, if you wish to opt out, simply send us an email to ationum@gmail.com with the subject line "commercial affiliates," stating your desire not to share your data.
